    Great place to stay in Cochrane. Restaurant has good food

    Good service and decent rooms. The Polar Bear Express was just outside the hotel. Restaurant right next door.

    Great place to stay! Rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful... They revived our van after it sat in a record -36C weather for 4 days...lol

    I've never stayed in the rooms, so can't comment on the hotel. Most people come for the restaurant. It's under new management and staff; looks like they are still working out the kinks. The only people in my group that were satisfied with their meal were the ones who ordered burgers. Salads were missing ingredients that were listed on the menu because they ran out, server didn't tell us that until we asked about the missing ingredients (cook should have told server as soon as order came in, and server should have checked with us before serving), desserts were more ice cream than anything else (and it looked/tasted like cheap ice cream). Let's hope things improve as the staff & management get more experience.
