  I love this place. Brought my kids to watch the matinee. Price for the movie pass and consession was very inexpensive. The theatre is nice. The seat are still the same from when I was a young boy but they are still comfy. I may have to drop for the ice cream on my next visit.

  Undergoing renovation gradually. A digital projection system has been installed, new seats and a larger screen plus sound upgrades are coming.

  Today I brought my whole family to a Free Movie for children Sponsored by a Very Nice Local Real estate agent to spread the holiday cheer. After entering with my children excited to watch the Movie and waiting in like for 10 mins I was then confronted by the owner in front of a full Lobby of guests. Mr Brisson then began to raise his voice and tell me I would not be able to attend this movie and kicked me out because I simply LIKED a review made on this page. He not only scared my children, and probably the other children there but humiliated me. The reason I liked the review made was because I agreed unfortunately. The owner Mr Brisson is Very Rude and Unprofessional and this little freak out childish act proves this point. Their food is extremely over priced for products that he buys at Giant Tiger and sells for double. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, and look and smell like they have not been cleaned in ages. Every other seat is truly broken and would not take much to fix , but that would cost him money so they have not been fixed, Not to mention its a serious Safety Hazard to have unexpecting customers that sit broken seats only to fall threw them to the floor. He treats his staff who aren't his family like garbage, and clearly people he does not agree with or who goes against him. He has refused more then one person to rent movies from him because there are I quote " Indians are nothing but drunks," which in my opinion is a raciest. The people of Cochrane who don't already know hahha which is few, and other future customers deserve to know the truth !

  Older cinema, open since 1954. As well as the movie theatre there's a dairy bar, cafe with hot food, snack bar, and video rentals and sales all open daily.

  take a step back and clean up your theatre, fix things and update it but most of all when you done agree with what someone said SUCK IT UP and act like an adult if someone is posting a bad review take a moment and actually look at what they are saying theres reason behind what someone says so instead of flipping our publicly maybe grow up and take care of your facility.

  Sad to say i live across the street from this establishment. Once a great cornerstone of our community, this fall from grace has been riddled with racism unlawful expulsion of customers and by any means neglect for the self respect a theater should command in not only decor but service and quality. With missing seats and near frozen temperatures in winter leaks and many other problems including washroom cleanliness and kitchen conditions it seems to me to be nothing but a hazard to your family's health and safety and is clearly a waste of money and time in my opinion. Unless your on a budget i would chance the traffic to Timmins for their cinema 6 instead on any day of the week.

  for a place i grew up in and use to love going to I have found that it is no longer a place to go with family EVER because the owner Mr. Brisson thinks that it is ok to Berate people in public. he does not take care of his facility. when i was there last with my mother the food was highly over priced and his work areas were filthy.
