    Terrible. Burger is cold (cheese isn't even slightly melted), onion rings taste like they've been in the warmer all day, and service is slow. I don't see this place surviving long like this...

    Every time we go to this particular Harvey’s, the food is terrible and the service is even worse. Hire better staff already!!!!

    Sloppily put together food and watched one of the cooks just toss a poutine on the counter with no respect at all. the lid popped off and fries spilled out and he just looked at it and left while someone else had to fix it.

    Terrible service. We were in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes, when we decided to go to the window, which the server just stared at us rudely and did not serve us.
